What do you do when a company's top line is growing but the profits aren’t?

What do you do when a company’s top line is growing but the profits aren’t?  The normal route is to cut costs.  But what happens if instead you repurpose your business?  That’s what Owner/ex-CEO Ron Hill did that lead to a turnaround in results and in his words building “a stronger, committed and forward looking team”.  His advice on on becoming a force for good is that it is a journey, so start walking and focus on becoming better each day.
